Andrew Ibrahim

President

Andrew Ibrahim began his career in property management in 2011 when he was eighteen years old. His initial focus was luxury multifamily properties, including historic buildings, in Miami's Biscayne corridor. Andrew moved to Gainesville in 2015 and founded Auslander Consulting, Inc. one year later. He now consults for ownership in both Gainesville and Panama City overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties with an approximate value of fifty million dollars. In 2018 Andrew successfully supervised a twenty-four million dollar rebuild on a 216 unit apartment complex in Panama City which was completely devastated by Hurricane Michael. He is young, determined and excited to partner with David Neidorf in their new company Open Sky.  Andrew’s love of property management and focus on generating outsized returns for owners sets him apart from his peers.

David Neidorf

Vice President

David Neidorf has been in property management since 2008. He is the Principal founding member of Full House Consulting, Inc. which oversees a broad and diverse portfolio of multi-family, industrial, office, and flex properties in both Southern California and Gainesville. David's speciality is phased in renovations of older properties which drive higher rents and increased value to ownership. He focuses on a comprehensive attention to detail while providing white glove service. David has employed Andrew Ibrahim for four years and seen significant growth in his Gainesville operating results while simultaneously undergoing major renovations. Together Andrew and David have formed a new company, Open Sky Consulting, which seeks to expand its footprint in North Central Florida. We look forward to the future with unbridled optimism.
